We are seeking an experienced interim lawyer to advise on margin loans, equities financing and related derivatives transactions. This flexible resourcing role offers the opportunity to work with a leading international law firm's clients on high-quality matters.

The position involves reviewing, drafting and negotiating industry-standard loan documentation (including APLMA documentation), advising on derivatives such as total return swaps and collar financing, and providing regulatory advice on insider trading issues and the Model Code for directors of listed issuers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced financial services environment.

As an interim consultant, you will receive support from a sponsoring partner and a dedicated client team, with access to the firm's resources, know-how and professional development opportunities. The role offers flexibility to work where and when you want, backed by a leading international law firm.

Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years' PQE.
Experience gained within a financial institution.
Strong experience in margin loans, equities financing and/or related derivatives transactions.
Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with business and legal stakeholders in a fast-paced financial services environment.
