We are seeking a senior repackaging lawyer to join a flexible resourcing engagement supporting a key client. This is a full-time transactional role expected to run for six months, with three days per week based in the London office.

The work is focused on repackaging transactions, with additional exposure to debt capital markets and derivatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong repackaging experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, deadline-driven setting.

As a consultant on this engagement, you will be supported by a sponsoring partner and have access to the firm's resources and know-how, alongside opportunities for training and development and exclusive networking events.

Qualified lawyer with repackaging experience gained in a leading private practice or in-house environment
Experience in debt capital markets
Additional experience in derivatives, particularly Cleared Derivatives Execution Agreements, would be valued
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach
Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
Capable of working autonomously and as part of a wider team
Relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
