We are seeking junior to mid-level trade document negotiation lawyers for flexible, interim opportunities with our market-leading clients. This role involves supporting clients on trade documentation matters, including ISDA and GMRA negotiations, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As an interim consultant, you will be supported by a sponsoring partner and a dedicated client team, with access to the firm's resources, know-how, and regular training and development opportunities. You will work autonomously and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality service.

Qualified lawyer with trade document negotiation experience (ISDA, GMRA) from a leading private practice or in-house environment
Junior to mid-level seniority
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and to tight deadlines
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
Capable of working autonomously and as part of a wider team
Must hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
