This is a unique opportunity for a partner or counsel (or a small group) to join a platform where all partners are equity partners and 20% of partnership net income is distributed as a bonus pool, ensuring your contributions are rewarded from day one.

• Native or fluent French and English, with the ability to represent clients in French court proceedings.
• Substantial experience in international arbitration, with a practice that complements our existing team.
• Proven track record of business generation and a growth mindset.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD).
