Our private funds practice is seeking a highly motivated mid-level or senior associate to join a leading investment funds platform with a broad, dynamic client base.

The role focuses on the formation and structuring of private equity and hedge funds, with hands-on exposure to co-investments, secondary transactions, and GP-led liquidity solutions, including continuation funds.

Candidates will work directly with sophisticated sponsors and institutional investors and should bring strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to manage complex transactions.

4–7+ years of relevant experience in private funds
Strong background in formation and structuring of private equity and hedge funds
Experience with co-investments, secondary transactions, and GP-led liquidity solutions, including continuation funds
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Sound commercial judgment and ability to manage complex transactions
Comfort working directly with sophisticated sponsors and institutional investors
