The role involves work across U.S. District Courts and post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, with meaningful opportunities for depositions, courtroom appearances, and trial support.
The position requires direct engagement with clients and opposing counsel, contribution to case strategy, and collaborative work on discovery, claim construction, dispositive motions, and expert issues. The team values candidates who combine technical life-science knowledge with strong advocacy and writing skills.

- 2–6 years of patent litigation experience, including ANDA or other life-sciences patent cases
- Experience in U.S. District Court litigation and post-grant proceedings (PTAB)
- Hands-on experience with depositions and courtroom advocacy preferred
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related life-sciences discipline preferred
- Strong legal research, drafting and written advocacy skills; comfortable interacting with clients and opposing counsel
