Apply in confidence →Seeking an associate with 2–6 years' patent litigation experience focused on life sciences/ANDA matters. The role involves active courtroom and discovery work, client and opposing‑counsel engagement, and contributing to case strategy across federal district courts and post‑grant proceedings.
Ideal candidates have hands‑on experience taking depositions, supporting or leading trial preparation, drafting pleadings and motions (including claim construction), and working closely with experts. A background in a life‑science discipline and prior experience within an IP litigation practice are strongly preferred.
- 2–6 years of patent litigation experience (district court and PTAB/post‑grant proceedings)
- Experience with discovery, depositions, expert discovery, and trial/pre‑trial work
- Comfortable speaking with clients and opposing counsel and participating in strategic case development
- Preferred: undergraduate or master's degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related life sciences; prior experience in an IP litigation group; excellent legal writing skills
