Apply in confidence →Growing litigation team seeks a 2nd–6th year associate to work on life‑sciences patent disputes, including ANDA matters. The role involves substantive courtroom and trial preparation work, client-facing responsibilities, and collaborative strategic development of cases.
Responsibilities include handling patent litigation in U.S. District Courts and post‑grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, conducting factual and legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery (including depositions and expert discovery), and supporting pre‑trial and trial activities.
- 2–6 years of patent litigation experience (ANDA and/or life‑sciences preferred)
- Practical experience in U.S. District Courts and PTAB post‑grant proceedings; deposition and trial exposure preferred
- Comfortable engaging with clients and opposing counsel and participating in case strategy
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related life‑sciences discipline preferred; excellent legal writing skills
