Apply in confidence →Our client, a leading international law firm, seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 2–6 years of experience to join its life sciences and Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) patent litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes pharmaceutical patent disputes and take a hands-on role in all phases of litigation, including hearings, depositions, and strategic case development.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 2–6 years of significant patent litigation experience in U.S. District Courts and before the PTAB, including claim construction, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- A background in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or another life sciences discipline (undergraduate or master’s level).
- Experience within the IP department of a comparable law firm, with a strong record of academic achievement.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, and comfort interacting directly with clients and opposing counsel.

- 2–6 years of patent litigation experience in U.S. District Courts and PTAB post-grant proceedings
- Experience with ANDA and/or life sciences patent disputes

- Prior experience in a comparable law firm’s IP department
- Excellent writing, advocacy, and client communication skills
