- Law school class year 2020–2023
- Top law school credentials
- IP and/or patent litigation experience
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field highly preferred
- Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit clerkship experience preferred
- Experience with PTAB disputes a plus
