IP Litigation Associate — Patent Litigation

Seeking an IP litigation associate to join a national litigation team with openings in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. The role focuses on patent litigation matters across technology and life‑science disputes.

The team handles complex, high‑stakes cases; the firm is looking for candidates with strong academic credentials, solid courtroom and motion practice exposure, and the ability to work collaboratively across offices. This is an opportunity to develop trial and case‑management experience on technically sophisticated matters.

• 3–5 years' post‑qualification litigation experience, with IP/patent litigation experience preferred
• Technical background strongly preferred; undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar preferred
• Demonstrated drafting and research skills, including briefs, motions, and discovery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team and manage substantive client work
