IP Litigation Associate – Trademark & Copyright

Our New York office has an immediate opening for an Intellectual Property Litigation associate to join our Trademark & Copyright team. This dynamic and rapidly expanding group provides comprehensive client counseling across trademark, copyright, trade secret, internet, and false advertising law.

We are seeking an associate with 4–6 years of experience in trademark, false advertising, and copyright litigation, enforcement, and counseling.

• 4–6 years of experience in trademark, false advertising, and copyright litigation, enforcement, and counseling.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Admission to the New York bar (or ability to become admitted promptly).
