IP Litigation Senior Associate — Intellectual Property

Seeking a Senior Associate to join a busy, national IP practice handling patent litigation and related prosecution work. The role offers exposure to complex, technology- and life-sciences-related matters and collaboration with experienced trial teams.

This position is open to candidates based in multiple U.S. offices (including Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C.). Applicants should be prepared to provide law school and undergraduate (and any graduate) transcripts as part of the application.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or pending admission)
• Significant experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution; strong technical background a plus
• Excellent drafting, briefing, and oral advocacy skills; client-facing experience
• Strong academic record; transcripts required
