IP Litigation Senior Associate

Join a large, international law firm’s Intellectual Property litigation team. This role is open across multiple U.S. offices and will focus on IP disputes for sophisticated technology and life‑sciences clients.

You'll work on all phases of contested matters, including motion practice, discovery, fact and expert development, and trial preparation, alongside senior litigators. The team handles high‑stakes patent and other IP litigation and values rigorous advocacy, strategic thinking, and collaborative client service.

• Several years of IP litigation experience at a law firm (patent litigation experience preferred)
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with experience drafting briefs and managing discovery
• Ability to work collaboratively on complex, team‑oriented matters and to manage significant client responsibilities
• J.D. and active bar admission, or eligibility to obtain admission in the hiring office
