IP Litigation Senior Associate — Intellectual Property

We're seeking a senior associate to join a national IP practice on a litigation-focused desk. The role involves handling patent litigation matters alongside related IP work, including support on patent prosecution, opinions, and client counseling.

Work will be collaborative with cross-office teams serving technology and life-sciences clients. Candidates should be prepared to handle substantive motion practice, discovery, claim construction, and technical analyses under partner supervision.

• J.D. and admission to practice in the U.S.
• Several years' experience in patent litigation with exposure to patent prosecution and opinions.
• Strong technical background in technology or life sciences (e.g., experience with semiconductor, software, biotech, or chemistry matters).
• Excellent drafting, briefing and oral advocacy skills; comfortable working in cross-office teams on complex disputes.
