IP Litigation Senior Associate — Intellectual Property

Senior associate role in a national IP practice handling both patent litigation and patent prosecution matters. The position offers exposure to high‑stakes disputes and counseling across life sciences, technology, and related industries.

Open to candidates for multiple U.S. offices (including Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C.). The team works on cross‑border matters with experienced litigators and prosecution lawyers.

• Strong experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution.
• Technical background preferred (chemistry/life sciences experience noted).
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
