Junior Associate – Antitrust

Our Antitrust team in Milan is seeking a junior lawyer with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) gained in the antitrust/competition department of a national or international law firm.

The ideal candidate has experience advising clients on:

• investigation proceedings concerning cartels and abuse of dominance;
• merger control notifications before the national competition authority and the European Commission.

Additional assets include knowledge of the Golden Power regime and experience preparing and managing foreign direct investment (FDI) notifications.

• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
