An established global law firm is seeking an exceptional Corporate Associate with Hong Kong IPO experience to join its Greater China Corporate team, working across the firm's Beijing and Shanghai offices.

The role sits within a market-leading corporate practice advising on high-profile, cross-border initial public offerings and listings, providing multijurisdictional advice and technical expertise to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory practice. The team is at the forefront of regulation and maintains ongoing dialogue with regulatory bodies.

At least four years' experience as a corporate Equity Capital Markets lawyer, with Hong Kong-side experience
Prior experience in initial public offerings, listings and public company M&A
Excellent academic record with strong attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication and client-service skills
Proactive, resilient and driven to deliver work promptly against challenging goals
Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
