An elite global law firm is seeking outstanding junior lateral associates with general finance experience to join its Finance group, sitting in either its Palo Alto or Los Angeles office. This is a lateral associate hire, with candidates from the 2023–2025 classes encouraged to apply.

The role involves drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documentation, along with UCC matters and general corporate work. Experience with data center or digital infrastructure finance is a plus.
