Top-tier US finance team is seeking junior lateral associates to sit in either its Palo Alto or Los Angeles office. The role focuses on lending and general finance work across syndicated and bilateral loan transactions.

Typical matters include drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements and related loan documentation, with UCC experience and general corporate exposure. Experience on data center or digital infrastructure financings is a plus.

Starting base salary is expected to be between $225,000 and $260,000 (actual pay determined by experience and other factors).

Junior lateral candidates (class of 2025–2023) with finance/lending experience
Experience drafting and negotiating commitment letters, credit agreements, security agreements and other loan documents
Familiarity with UCC work and general corporate transactions
Experience on data center/digital infrastructure financings a plus; strong academic record and peer-firm experience preferred
