Join a growing fraud team within a national insurance practice, handling a broad caseload of motor and casualty fraud matters, including organised fraud and EL/PL-related disputes. The team works closely with intelligence analysts and uses technology-led approaches to investigations.

This role is open to NQ to circa 3 years' PQE lawyers. You will run a full caseload of motor fraud claims on behalf of insurers and self-insured commercial clients, conduct investigations, take witness statements, review medical evidence, attend court and manage client reporting and reserving obligations.

  • Qualified solicitor (NQ up to 3 years' PQE)
  • Experience in a fraud environment, particularly handling motor fraud claims
  • Practical court experience: attending hearings, case management and interlocutory applications
  • Strong investigative skills, able to take witness statements and analyse medical/forensic evidence
  • Client-focused with good file management, adherence to SLAs and ability to manage a personal caseload
