Junior Associate, Private Equity Debt Finance — Boston

High-quality law firm seeks a junior associate to join a Boston-based debt finance team focused on private equity-backed transactions. The role centers on representation of private equity sponsors, banks and private credit lenders in acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts and corporate growth financings.

Day-to-day work will include reviewing and negotiating term and revolving loan facilities, preparing and revising credit agreements, commitment papers and related collateral and security documents, and coordinating closing deliverables with deal teams.

• Experience representing private equity sponsors, banks or private credit lenders on leveraged and acquisition financings
• Practical experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, commitment papers and collateral/security documentation
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
