A highly regarded law firm is seeking a junior associate to join its Debt Finance group in Boston. The role focuses on representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in term and revolving loan facilities supporting leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.

The successful candidate will work with credit agreements and commitment papers and will draft and negotiate related collateral agreements and deliverables. This is a collaborative, collegial, and entrepreneurial environment where lawyers and professional staff work across practice areas and geographies.

Experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in leveraged finance transactions
Familiarity with credit agreements, commitment papers, and related collateral agreements and deliverables
Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
