An international law firm is seeking a talented junior lawyer to join its Public Law team in Milan. The team advises Italian and international businesses and investors on both contentious and non-contentious administrative law matters, with cross-cutting expertise across several regulated sectors.

The practice covers areas including urban planning and construction law, environmental and energy law, and public contracts and concessions. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across other departments and be involved in multidisciplinary, multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Qualified lawyer (neoavvocato) with an initial experience, preferably in international settings, in administrative law
Strong academic background
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience assisting with due diligence and M&A and financing transactions
Familiarity with standard IT tools and AI applications
Precision, passion, reliability and proactivity
Excellent organizational skills and a strong problem-solving orientation
Team-player attitude in a structured, dynamic environment
