We advise on a broad range of individual employment issues—contract design, working time arrangements, remuneration policies, dismissals, settlement agreements, and litigation—as well as strategic collective matters, including collective dismissals, social plans, employee transfers, and staff representation.

We are currently looking for a junior lawyer to join our litigation-focused employment team in Luxembourg. You will work on challenging employment disputes and transactions in a dynamic, international environment.

At least one year of relevant experience within a law firm, ideally in Luxembourg
Fully qualified lawyer in Europe, or preparing for the Luxembourg avoué exam
Fluency in French, English, and German (written and spoken)
Practical, solution-oriented approach
Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
