Our Dispute Resolution Practice Group is seeking an associate attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Dallas or Houston. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation and disputes, including class actions, multi-district litigation, international arbitration, and internal investigations.

We are looking for candidates with strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills. Experience with drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, briefing motions, and preparing for depositions is required. Large law firm experience in a busy litigation practice, as well as experience taking and defending depositions and arguing motions, is strongly preferred. A federal district court or circuit court clerkship is a plus.
