Junior / Mid‑Level Associate — Capital Markets, New York

Leading New York law office seeks a junior to mid‑level associate to join its Capital Markets practice. The role involves working on public and private securities transactions and supporting deal execution across the team.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and deal‑management skills, and 2–4 years' capital markets experience. Admission to the New York bar is required.
