A leading international law firm is seeking a Knowledge and Innovation Attorney to serve as the dedicated knowledge management, AI enablement, and practice innovation lead for its Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups. This position sits within the firm's Innovation & Legal Solutions Department and works directly with practice group leadership and the Chief Innovation Officer, serving as a substantive legal, market, and practical knowledge resource for practice leaders and attorneys.

The position also drives the effective and responsible adoption of AI and technology in legal service delivery.

Working alongside attorneys, the Knowledge and Innovation Attorney will identify high-value opportunities to improve legal workflows through AI and automation, design and refine AI-enabled workflows and playbooks, coordinate pilots and proofs of concept, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to firm-wide innovation initiatives and responsible AI guidance.

  • Proficiency in researching and drafting model documents, forms, checklists, training materials, client presentations, and client alerts
  • Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for generative AI, legal innovation, and emerging legal technologies
  • Strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior leaders and explain legal technology concepts practically
  • Experience in knowledge management and/or legal innovation practices preferred
