A leading international law firm is seeking a Knowledge and Innovation Attorney to support its M&A and Private Equity practice groups. This role is part of the firm's Innovation & Legal Solutions Department and works closely with practice group chairs and the Chief Innovation Officer.

The Knowledge and Innovation Attorney will serve as the practice groups' lead on knowledge management, AI enablement, and practice innovation. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining model documents, forms, and checklists; organizing precedents for easy search and AI-enabled use; monitoring legal and market developments; and supporting thought leadership. The role also involves designing and delivering training on knowledge and technology topics.

Additionally, the attorney will partner with lawyers to identify high-value opportunities for AI and automation, design and test AI-enabled workflows, coordinate pilots, and evaluate emerging technologies. The position requires collaboration with the broader innovation team and building relationships with industry peers and legal technology providers.

Law degree and current bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
At least 5 years of experience practicing as an M&A and Private Equity attorney, with a focus on public company transactions and Delaware law matters
Experience with knowledge management and legal innovation practices preferred
Advanced knowledge of workflows and needs of public company M&A and private equity lawyers
Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for generative AI and legal technology
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to translate attorney needs into practical knowledge and technology solutions
