This is a client-facing role offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions alongside leading practitioners.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California Bar in good standing.
Substantial prior corporate M&A experience, whether at a law firm or in-house.
Demonstrated ability to run deals or serve as a significant contributor on transaction teams.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, including purchase agreements.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Confidence in client-facing interactions and communications with opposing counsel.
