Associate – Business (Corporate, M&A, and Venture Capital)

We are seeking a team-oriented Associate to join our Business practice group in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience handling substantive corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on M&A and/or venture capital work.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and clients on sophisticated transactions across a broad range of industries. Candidates should possess strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage deal execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
