Our client, a leading international law firm, seeks an experienced mergers & acquisitions attorney to join its corporate practice. The role involves working on sophisticated M&A matters for clients with complex needs.

Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents.
Manage deal processes and client relationships end-to-end.
Supervise and mentor junior associates.
Handle day-to-day workflow demands across a variety of M&A engagements.

Ideal candidates will possess strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and 3–7 years of relevant M&A experience. 3–7 years of mergers and acquisitions experience, ideally within a large law firm environment.
