Our firm is seeking a Knowledge & Innovation Counsel to join our team in one of several U.S. offices. In this role, you will partner with one or more practice groups to advance the adoption of AI and legal technology. You will serve as the primary knowledge and AI contact, curating expertise, developing practice solutions, and guiding attorneys in selecting and using the right tools. You will collaborate with our Applied AI team and help shape the firm's innovation agenda. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work outside standard business hours when needed. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited university
At least six years of relevant practice or knowledge management experience
Strong working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Harvey, Claude, ChatGPT, CoCounsel, Copilot)
Experience with legal practice technologies (e.g., Practical Law, litigation analytics, document automation, data extraction)
Ability to translate practice needs into technical requirements and provide practical guidance
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience delivering training
Strong aptitude for structuring and curating legal knowledge for AI systems
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive adoption
Experience mentoring or supervising junior professionals is a plus
Availability for occasional work outside standard U.S. business hours
