We are seeking a commercially-minded and intellectually curious Knowledge Lawyer to join our national Class Actions team in Sydney. This role is pivotal in shaping how we deliver, innovate, and grow in one of the most dynamic areas of our litigation practice. The firm has invested heavily in AI and legal technology, and this position will focus on supporting the development and implementation of AI-enabled solutions to improve matter delivery, knowledge management, client service, and operational efficiency.

A law degree and relevant practice experience in class actions or related disputes, with 5 or more years post-admission experience.
An interest in building strategic business relationships and identifying and pursuing new business.
A high level of credibility and the ability to act as a trusted adviser to partners, legal staff, and business services staff.
The ability to work autonomously, flexibly, and effectively with a wide variety of people at various levels across the business.
An innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.
