We are seeking an experienced labor law attorney to join a busy Employment & Labor team in Harrison. The role focuses on counseling and litigation in labor and employment matters, with opportunities to handle cases from inception through resolution.

Ideal candidates will have strong litigation experience, excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to work independently. Minimum 2 years' experience in general liability or employment/labor litigation (construction law and NYS Labor Law 200/240/241 experience a significant plus)
Solid knowledge of counseling and litigation processes; able to manage matters with minimal supervision
Excellent legal writing, analytical and research skills
Trial experience preferred but not required
Licensed in New York (admissions in Connecticut or New Jersey a plus)
