Labor & Employment Associate — Employment & Labor

Mid‑to‑senior associate opportunity in a full‑service Labor & Employment practice. The role involves handling employment litigation, counseling employers, drafting and updating employee handbooks and employment agreements, and litigating restrictive covenant matters in New Jersey and New York courts.

Work is broadly national in scope across a variety of industries and includes both counseling and contested matters (including orders to show cause). The team offers collaborative support and exposure to complex, high‑stakes employer-side work.

• 4–9 years' post‑qualification experience in employment litigation and employer counseling
• Experience drafting handbooks and employment agreements and litigating restrictive covenants in NJ and NY state and federal courts (including orders to show cause)
• Active bar admission and good standing in New Jersey and New York
• Strong academic record, excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
