Labor & Employment Associate — New York

We are seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join a dynamic labor and employment team in New York. The practice handles high-exposure and sensitive employment matters for major employers, offering a sophisticated and varied docket.

The role involves working on wage-and-hour and discrimination class actions, executive and significant single-plaintiff cases, high-profile trade secrets and non-compete disputes, Sarbanes-Oxley and other whistleblower claims, workplace investigations, and workplace safety litigation.

Candidates with a strong litigation background and an interest in employment law are encouraged to apply, including talented general litigators looking to specialize.

• Law school class years 2018–2023 (approximately 3+ years of experience)
• Prior experience at a peer law firm with litigation background, ideally including employment matters
