Seeking a labor & employment associate to join a busy New York office litigation and counseling team. The role focuses on representing employers in federal and state court, arbitration and administrative proceedings, and advising on day-to-day employment law compliance.

Matters include discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, wage-and-hour class and collective actions, leave and accommodation issues (FMLA, ADA and local laws), breach of contract and whistleblower matters, and enforcement/defense of restrictive covenants. Strong drafting, advocacy and client-facing skills are required.

3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in labor & employment litigation and counseling
Experience representing employers in federal/state court, arbitration and before government agencies
Familiarity with wage & hour class/collective actions and wage compliance
Knowledge of FMLA, ADA and local leave/accommodation laws
Experience with discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, whistleblower and restrictive covenant matters
Active New York bar admission in good standing
Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
