Top-tier San Francisco office seeks a mid-level Labor & Employment associate to join its busy employment practice. The role involves representing employers in employment litigation, internal investigations, and preventive advice across a range of workplace issues.

You'll work on complex matters, draft pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, advise clients on compliance and policy, and collaborate with partners and other offices on regional matters. The team handles both trial and counseling work for business clients.

4–7 years of PQE in labor & employment litigation and counseling
Active admission to the California bar (or eligibility)
Experience with discovery, motion practice, and drafting pleadings
Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage matter workflow
