Our client, a national law firm, seeks a Labor & Employment Associate with 4–8 years of experience to join its Los Angeles office. The role focuses on both litigation and counseling in California, covering the full spectrum of employment law matters.

Ideal candidates will have experience litigating discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, as well as wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters in California state and federal courts. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential. Candidates must reside in California and hold an active California bar license.
