A full-service Am Law 100 firm is seeking an attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice in its Phoenix office. This is a chance to take on a high-level role within a sophisticated, growing practice and to assume significant responsibility across all aspects of labor and employment law, with extensive client and agency contact.

The national Labor & Employment team represents clients in all phases and types of employment litigation, counseling, and training across dozens of jurisdictions, offering consistent coverage and a collaborative platform.

Attorneys with substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law are encouraged to apply, including strong litigators from other practice backgrounds who are looking to develop within this space. Admitted to practice in Arizona
2–15 years of employment law experience
Prior employment litigation experience required; management-side preferred
Employment counseling or in-house employment law experience preferred
Comfort drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions
Strong writing, analytical, and project-management skills in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team
