Growing Labor & Employment team in Atlanta seeks an experienced attorney to handle employment litigation and counseling across a national practice. The role involves direct client contact, representing employers before agencies and in court, and contributing to all stages of litigation and counseling.

Ideal candidates are admitted in Georgia and have substantial hands‑on litigation experience (management-side preferred), plus strong drafting, analytical and client-service skills. This is a hybrid role with potential advancement to partnership for candidates with extensive relevant experience.

Admission to practice in Georgia
2–15 years of employment law experience
Prior employment litigation experience required (management-side preferred)
Comfort drafting/responding to discovery and pleadings, briefing and arguing motions, and taking/defending depositions
Strong writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced practice
Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team; partnership considered for highly experienced candidates
