Experience in labor & employment litigation, including class actions and single-plaintiff matters
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Active bar admission in Colorado or ability to waive in
Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Colorado Bar, or eligibility to waive in
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in labor & employment law, with a focus on litigation
Experience with class actions, single-plaintiff cases, and administrative charges
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently
Excellent communication and client-relations skills
