Lateral Associate – FDA & Health Care (Los Angeles)

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an associate with 2+ years of experience to join its FDA and Health Care practice in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will have experience in health regulatory or government enforcement matters involving drug and vaccine products, including work in one or more of the following areas:

• Medicare and Medicaid statutes and regulations relating to coverage and reimbursement of prescription drugs
• Federal government price reporting laws, including the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, Medicare Part B Average Sales Price, Section 340B of the Public Health Service Act, and the Veterans Health Care Act
• False Claims Act matters
• Anti-Kickback Statute matters

Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, research, and writing skills are required.

• 2+ years of experience (class of 2024 or above)
• Experience with health regulatory or government enforcement matters involving drug and vaccine products
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid drug reimbursement, federal price reporting, False Claims Act, and/or Anti-Kickback Statute
• Strong academic credentials and advanced analytical, research, and writing skills
