Opportunity for an experienced partner to join a national practice group focused on agricultural clients from the Denver market. The role will advise on a range of agriculture-related matters, with a particular emphasis on cannabis-related issues within the agricultural sector.

This opening is open to candidates nationwide and is looking for a lawyer who can both steward client relationships and grow the practice. The team works across regulatory, transactional and compliance matters for agribusiness clients.

Established partner-level experience advising agricultural clients; cannabis industry experience preferred.
Proven ability to originate and develop business and manage client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Track record leading engagements and supervising junior lawyers in transactional and regulatory matters.
Active bar admission and excellent communication and commercial judgment.
