Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition — Baltimore

Senior antitrust partner opportunity with a well-established firm platform in Baltimore. The role will focus on counseling and advocacy on civil antitrust matters, merger control, and regulatory investigations for corporate clients across industries.

The team handles a mix of complex litigation, transactional review and agency engagement. The firm is seeking an experienced partner who will lead matters, develop business and work closely with national and regional colleagues.

Applicants should be prepared to bring a portable practice or existing client relationships to expand the local antitrust offering.

• Established partner with significant antitrust and competition experience (counseling, merger review, investigations and/or litigation).
• Proven track record of originating or managing client matters and leading deal or litigation teams.
• Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
• Active bar admission in the applicable US jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer admission.
