Lateral Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Century City

Well-established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in the Century City office. The role will focus on counseling corporate clients and representing them in merger-control matters, competition investigations, and related civil litigation and regulatory proceedings.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead regional antitrust workstreams, work closely with other US and international offices, and develop client relationships across transactional and dispute matters. This is a visible role with opportunity to shape practice strategy and originate new business.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level antitrust experience handling merger clearance, cartel/monopolization matters, and enforcement investigations
• Strong record of client origination and cross-border coordination
• Bar admission and ability to practice in California
