Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Charlotte. The role focuses on delivering high‑end antitrust counseling and litigation support to a broad range of US and international clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative practice handling merger review, cartel and civil litigation matters, and competition counseling across regulated industries. This is an opportunity to shape and grow the office’s competition offering in the southeastern market.

Established partner with substantial antitrust and competition experience (merger control, cartel defense, civil litigation, and/or competition counseling).
Proven track record of leading matters and managing teams, with strong courtroom and/or government‑agency interaction experience where applicable.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development; portable practice/clients welcome.
Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction and strong academic and professional references.
