Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Charlotte antitrust and competition practice. The role will handle both litigation and transactional antitrust matters across industry clients and work closely with the regional team.

The partner will have significant client-facing responsibilities, lead complex investigations and disputes, and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to grow a portable practice and contribute to regional business development.

Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, with both litigation and transactional experience
Proven track record of client development and the ability to bring or grow business
Strong trial and/or investigative experience in federal or state antitrust matters
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to transfer/admit
