Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established litigation partner with significant experience in technology-related disputes, class actions, or privacy/data-protection matters
Proven trial or high-stakes litigation experience and strong client development record
Bar admission in North Carolina or eligibility to transfer; willingness to be resident in the Charlotte market
