Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Intellectual Property and Technology practice in Charlotte. The role will focus on high-value IP matters across technology, telecommunications and life sciences sectors, providing partner-level advice to sophisticated corporate clients.

The position offers a chance to build and lead a regional practice, collaborate with cross-office teams, and develop client relationships across the firm's platform. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Established partner with significant experience in intellectual property and technology matters
Proven track record of originating or maintaining client relationships; portable practice preferred
Experience advising clients in telecommunications and/or life sciences is desirable
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across practice groups
Active bar admission and excellent academic and professional references
