Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a major international firm’s Charlotte office to lead and grow an integrated finance and intellectual-property litigation practice. The role will combine complex finance matters (including leveraged and structured finance) with high-value patent litigation work.

The successful candidate will have a track record of originating and managing sophisticated matters, mentoring teams, and developing business across both transactional finance and patent disputes. This is an opportunity to join an established platform with national and cross-border matter flow.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and/or patent litigation practices.
Demonstrable portable client relationships and a history of business development.
Strong leadership, matter-management and team-building skills.
Admission to practice in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction; eligibility to practice in the role location preferred.
