Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Healthcare and Media (Charlotte)

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice focused on healthcare and media/advertising matters. The role combines client-facing counseling, regulatory strategy, and business development across FDA, healthcare regulatory, and advertising compliance issues.

The position is based in Charlotte and will work closely with national teams to support cross-jurisdictional matters and expand client relationships. Candidates should be comfortable managing complex regulatory matters and developing a practice within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven senior-level experience counseling on healthcare regulatory and FDA matters
• Track record advising on advertising and media compliance issues
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship skills
