Leading national/international law firm seeks a partner to join its Intellectual Property litigation team in Charlotte. The role will focus on patent litigation matters across district courts and the ITC, working on high-stakes, complex disputes.

The team offers broad platform support, national litigation resources and an established client base. The firm is looking for a trial-tested advocate who can manage major matters, mentor associates and help expand the practice regionally.

Established patent litigation partner with demonstrable experience leading high-stakes matters (trial and pre-trial experience preferred).
Proven client-development skills and a portable practice or ability to bring business.
Strong record of mentoring and leading litigation teams.
Bar admission in North Carolina or eligibility to transfer; willingness to travel nationally as matters require.
