A growing U.S. litigation platform is seeking an experienced commercial litigation partner to join its Charlotte office. The role involves leading significant commercial disputes, managing case teams, and representing corporate clients in complex litigation and dispute-resolution matters.

The successful candidate will join a broad, nationally oriented practice and will work closely with regional and national trial teams. The firm values courtroom experience, client development, and the ability to expand an existing litigation practice in the Southeast.

Established partner with substantial commercial litigation and trial experience
Proven record of managing teams and delivering results in complex disputes
Strong client-development skills; ability to grow or bring a portable litigation practice
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and experience with motion practice and discovery management
