Established corporate team in Charlotte is seeking a lateral partner to lead M&A and general corporate transactions for a broad client base. The role combines originating responsibility with hands-on deal work across buy- and sell-side matters and corporate governance assignments.

The successful candidate will join a sizable practice group and collaborate with cross-office colleagues on regional and national engagements. This is an opportunity to build and lead client relationships while contributing to business development and team growth.
